Job summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic staff member to join our team at Ready to Golf. As a Receptionist and Bay Host/Food & Drink Runner you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.This role involves managing reservations, memberships, floor plan via POS & other software programs; communicating with floor staff about customer assistance; handling cash & credit transactions with accuracy;
You will also need to maintain cleanliness throughout facility (golf bays,private rooms,& common area); restock snack & beverage station as needed;
- Follows direction well,hast excellent communication skills,& organized;
- Manages time productively& efficiently.
