- Perform routine maintenance and inspections per ACC's and manufacturers' specs.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals to determine repair methods.
- Modify aircraft systems following technical drawings and orders.
- Install components using various tools.
- Carry out emergency repairs and travel as needed.
- Schedule maintenance checks based on records.
- Complete required paperwork for processes.
- Adhere to quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred technical training.
- Certifications/Licenses: FAA Airframe and Powerplant.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience minimum, up to 6+ years preferred.
- Skills: Interpret drawings, problem-solving, communication, good judgment.
- Machine Skills: Hand/power tools, various office equipment.
- Physical Demands: Climbing, bending, and extended periods of standing.
- Vision Requirements: Adjust vision to focus.
- Communication: Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Professionalism: Represent the company positively.
