1. The ability to possess strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in learning airline systems& tools used to deliver appropriate solutions to passengers


2. Able to determine suitable routes based on passenger requirements & provide relevant schedules and rates data


3. Calmness under pressure when dealing with challenging or frustrated clients
