    Job Title: Senior Meat Cutter

    A competitive opportunity is available for a skilled and motivated individual to drive sales in their area and deliver exceptional customer experiences at Sam's Club. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with associates to ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively with various teams to achieve business objectives, communicate complex information, and develop interpersonal skills.
    • Be an Expert in Meat Products: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat types, seasonality, and equipment usage, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and inventory management.
    • Leverage Digital Tools: Utilize technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
    • Drive Business Results: Ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by delivering high-quality service and products, and assist in training other associates.
    • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

    Benefits:
    • Competitive Pay: Earn a salary ranging from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
