- Develop and/or revise appropriate level acquisition engineering documentation (e.g. Systems Engineering Plans (SEP), Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP)
- Develop and review Performance Specification, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), and assist with the development of product and component level specifications.
- Develop reports, briefs, and documentation related to programs in the portfolio.
- Develop and review baseline documentation, Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Variance, Notices of Revision and Configuration Management Plan Annexes.
- Conduct technical assessment and evaluation of Prime Contractor deliverables, architectures, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
- Develop Technical Review Action Plans and participate in all aspects of Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) process.
- Develop ECPs and participate at Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
- Manage development and assist with the development of test strategies, procedures, and plans.
- Support development of the Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plan/Simple Acquisition Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)/Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs), Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, DMSMS Plans)
- Support development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs)
- Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of test events and operational evaluations.
- Support systems safety efforts and develop the Programmatic Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Evaluation (PESHE) and any other required documentation to support the appropriate safety releases.
- Provide input to support cybersecurity efforts, monitor IA vulnerability alerts, and ensure appropriate security actions are taken.
- Participate in technical and management IPTs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical/scientific discipline; years of relevant experience commensurate with required level
- Experience with SETRs and CCBs documentation.
- Experience in developing acquisition documentation to support programs in achieving required milestones/events.
- Ability to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team of Government and non-Government personnel is required.
- Excellent MS Office and Visio skills are required.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starter with a history of demonstrating initiative.
- Experience in the Government Acquisition environment required.
- Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
- DAWIA Foundational Certification in Engineering & Technical Management or equivalent strongly desired for mid-levels, Practitioner certification for senior levels. Legacy DAWIA Level II Certification or higher is also applicable.

Salary Range - $100,000 to $125,000
