This is a massive opportunity for growth. As a Project Manager at this Heavy Civil General Contractor, you will be managing self-performed projects up to a value of 10 million initially with the scope for that to increase. This growing business is very notable for its modern and people-centric way of working, wanting to create a great working environment for internal staff and subcontractors. The vision for this role is for the successful applicant to move into a Senior Project Management position as more projects are picked up and the business continues to grow.
The Role
As a Project Manager for this business, you will be leading Heavy Civil projects self-performing Utilities, Dirt and Concrete. Your responsibilities will be to manage the project documentation, Schedules, and subcontractors and work with the back office. You will need to bring your experience working on Heavy Civil projects to the role. You will be working alongside a team of other experienced individuals who will be working on other similar projects to yourself. This role can quite easily progress into a Senior Project Manager position as the business grows at its current trajectory.
