Description

Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline.

Manages project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk; works with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.

Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.

This position is for a project manager that will manage four (4) start up data centers in the Dallas, TX area.

There are two (2) current projects with a L gens starting delivery on October 2023 and commissioning is ongoing through February 2025.The next two projects will have L gens delivering starting July 2024 and commissioning through March 2026.There are 56 generators that Client will deliver, start up and turnover to our customer in less than 2 years.

The Project manager will manage the project schedule, lead commissioning, participate in all on site meetings, drive issue resolution, communicate resource constraints, complete commissioning documentation, and serve as the on-site safety lead.
