How you'll make an impact in this role

• Capture high-fidelity diagnostic images by expertly maneuvering transducers and adjusting equipment to provide physicians with the clarity needed for accurate patient diagnoses.

• Translate complex physiological structures and recognize pathologies in real-time, ensuring that significant clinical findings are prioritized and documented for the medical team.

• Manage the integrity of the digital patient record by ensuring all data and images are seamlessly integrated into PACS, facilitating a smooth and timely review process.

• Champion a culture of safety and precision by maintaining rigorous quality control standards and equipment performance, ensuring every patient receives a safe and reliable imaging experience.

• Collaborate across the clinical department to streamline workflows and maintain a high-standard environment that supports both team efficiency and patient comfort.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. General Radiography is also required in addition to Sonography. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. All specialties accepted.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.
