- Perform cleaning duties such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and vacuuming and dusting
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to standards
- Notify supervisors of any damages and/or deficits in any guest room, public area, or equipment
- Respond to guest complaints with professionalism and patience
- Restock cleaning carts and notify supervisors of anything that is low in stock
- Strictly adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Assist team members with tasks to complete the day
