This role is perfect for someone passionate about fundraising and relationship building. As the Director of Major Gifts at Juniata College, your key responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in development and experience in major gifts, along with a deep interest in higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
Juniata College is dedicated to fostering an inclusive campus culture. We are looking for candidates who value diversity and equity.
Position Qualifications: BS/BA required with five or more years of fundraising experience. Leadership skills, ability to manage diverse areas, and articulate the case for support effectively are essential.
Preferred Qualifications are an advanced degree or CFRE.
Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to participate in all aspects of the gift cycle, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable about charitable giving tax laws.
Supervision Required/Given: Collaborate with various individuals and groups, and report to the Associate Vice President for Advancement.
