- Assisting Customers to identify products, and facilitating orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, for RV and residential replacement parts and products.
- Providing warranty support to Manufacturers and Dealers.

- Previous Customer Service experience (call center experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Patience, perseverance, and ability to prioritize.

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing world class service and support to our valued customers. Candidates for this position should be professional, enthusiastic, positive, thrive in a fast-paced office environment, and have outstanding attendance.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is anticipated to be from $ to $ bi-weekly, plus eligibility to participate in the Customer Service team sales incentive program after 120 days of employment.
