- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to excel in team environments
- Expertise in manufacturing control systems and electrical engineering
- Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and electrical schematics
- Hands-on experience with system design and troubleshooting
- Track record of successful project collaboration and execution
- Proficient in overseeing external technical service providers
