    We are actively seeking a

    Project Manager

    to join our team in

    Mooresville, NC

    Work Responsibilities:

    Lead the development of innovative products,

    projects

    and services from concept to completion.

    Develop product and project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and project monitoring.

    Monitor progress of projects and products and ensure delivery on time, on budget and within scope.

    Develop and implement product and project strategies, plans and

    objectives

    .

    Analyze product feedback and results to adjust product and project strategies and goals.

    Establish and

    maintain

    positive relationships with clients,

    vendors

    and stakeholders.

    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure products and services

    remain

    competitive.

    Ensure products and services

    comply with

    company policies.


    Prepare sales forecasts, project market penetration, and recommend sales policies, budget estimates, and projected return on investments for all products.


    Collaborate with cross functional teams including purchasing, operations, finance, sales, and marketing to recommend projects to support New Product Development (NPD) schedule designed to drive continued sales growth and profitability for the business.

    Provide

    sound project scope definitions and marketing analysis in all phases of product development.

    Develop pricing strategies that

    contributes

    to overall profitability through market-based pricing.

    Prepare and coordinate special promotional programs and product commercialization to introduce new products to Sales and customers.

    Assure the new product vitality remains

    objective

    through proper use of NPD, obsolescence, and life cycle management.


    Analyze performance of each product in terms of profitability, volume contribution to product line and its potential, and recommend, where applicable, product line extensions and discontinuations or more emphasis through marketing programs.

    Assist

    in managing various projects necessary to achieve the desired business results.

    Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing

    , Business, or equivalent field

    required

    . MBA/MS preferred.

    Familiarity with the Building Products industry preferred.

    Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in Product Development, Marketing, and/or Sales, with progressively more responsibility and
