- Conduct financial analysis and generate management reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Seeking a candidate with expertise in financial analysis and project management.
- Complete month-end closing tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting on inventory, cost of goods sold, freight, expenses, and fixed assets.
- Establish detailed product costs for new and existing items.
- Spot cost-saving opportunities and analyze financial data to detect trends or issues.
- Carry out variance analysis.
- Deliver weekly and monthly production and logistics KPI reports.
- Handle regulatory filings.
- Engage in assigned special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Capability to work independently with self-motivation.
- Display adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting findings and engaging across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Intermediate/Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems such as Office and Windows, and past exposure to ERP systems like Microsoft NAV, Oracle, or SAP.
- Experience in inventory accounting and product costing.
- Hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week.
- Up to 10% domestic travel.
