Direct Contact with Vendors to Obtain pricing

Prepare quotes for Flooring Work

Supervising Installers and Field Installations

Interfacing with Warehouse to Insure Timely Delivery to Job Sites

Interfacing with Accounting to Insure Proposals- Quotes- Invoices All in Line


REQUIREMENTS
2+ years PM experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Supervisory

Flooring Experience a Plus

Construction Experience a Plus
