    Join the Corporate Strategy team and play a key role in crafting and performing Micron's strategy. You will work collaborate with various customers across business units, finance, global operations, technology and product group, sales, legal, and People organization to deliver the annual strategic plan, drive critical initiatives, and foster process team. You will also support in-depth analyses of strategic topics that improve Micron's long-term performance, growth, competitiveness, and resilience.

    The ideal candidate should have strong strategic competence, deep business and technical knowledge, solid executive communication and analytical skills, and business process experience

    Key responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop corporate strategic topics to drive Micron's growth and deliver positive financial impact. Handle topics, develop frameworks, run strategic analysis, drive consensus, and build and deliver executive presentations.
    • Manage the annual strategic planning process. Virtual team consists of cross company participants spanning multiple organizations.
    • Support business unit and functional strategic plans and align on the long-term technology and product strategy.
    • Support long range planning. Work with finance, global operations, and business units to develop and implement the supply and allocation strategy.
    • Build Corporate Strategy newsletters. Document the strategy processes with process guide or playbook.
    • Translate assessments of strategies into actionable decision points and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with the global communications team to deliver strategy related communications to varied levels of the Micron organization, including annual strategic plan communication and on-going spotlights.

    Qualifications and skills:

    • 10+ years of semiconductor proven experience in business, finance, or operations
    • Minimum Master or Bachelors' degree in STEM fields; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
    • Rich experience in managing cross-functional, high-impact programs; team management experience is preferred
    • Deep knowledge of the memory and storage products, technology, market segments, and competition
    • Past experience include executive level presentations and ability to influence executive-level decisions
    • Broad experience interacting with engineering, business, and operations roles
    • Strong capability to cope with ambiguous or uncertain environment and drive for clarity
    • Track record of timely execution, cross-functional leadership, consensus building, and bias for action; self-starter in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demands
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail; experience in Tableau and Power BI is preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft SharePoint

    The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

    $165, $332,000.00

    Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
