    Maintains deployments of the system on premise with customers as well as in cloud-based environments. *Partial Telework is possible
    • Responsibilities:
    • Develop innovative, user-friendly tools to solve real problems and advance the customer's mission
    • Incorporate customer feedback and requirements into software designs
    • Maintain descriptive documentation both in code (comments) and out (white papers, wikis, presentations, etc.)
    • Communicate effectively with technical and management project leadership
    • Assist with determining operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
    • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with Lead Engineer regarding customer requirements, and studying systems flow, and data usage.
    • Follow the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and traceability.
    • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.

    Required Skills:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 10+ years of experience in software development
    • Proficiency in Java
    • Knowledge of collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
    • One of the following:
    • Experience with cybersecurity analysis using network traffic data (PCAP, Zeek, etc.)
    • Experience configuring network switches and routers, establishing VPNs, and managing data flow throughout networks
    • Experience managing cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deploying applications in a cloud environment
    • Ability to multitask, managing multiple objectives simultaneously with competing needs
    • Ability to communicate up and down the chain of command, clearly conveying technical information to managers with minimal technical knowledge and developers with deep technical expertise

    Desired Skills:

    • TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
    • Experience developing and utilizing RESTful Web Services
    • Experience building predictive and classification AI models
    • Proficiency with ReactJS or similar JavaScript frameworks
    • Proficiency in Python
