    • 20% Commission of All Services Completed

    HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN TYPICAL DUTIES (ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT INCLUSIVE):

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems for homeowners in the Twin Cities area
    • Present each homeowner with a menu of custom options to provide exceptional, total home comfort
    • Perform work with a strong focus on safety
    • Maintain a professional image
    • Stock, clean, and maintain company issued vehicle
    • Perform quality walks to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

    THE IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

    • Previous HVAC service experience in residential homes is preferred
    • 1+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
    • Must possess a valid driver's license
    • Positive, "can-do" attitude
    • Ability to work in an ever-changing and evolving environment
    • Willingness, and ability, to learn
    • Keen ability to communicate
