- Valid NYS Driver's license and the ability to meet risk management guidelines
- Must possess a valid NY State Grade 3A Wastewater Treatment License, 4A license desired.
- Supervise and train Plant Operators
- Collaborate with other departments and contractors on projects
- Lead shift crews and monitor plant operations
- Perform troubleshooting and data analysis
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in plant operations
- Strong process control knowledge
- Experience in maintenance systems and project administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and technical knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions independently
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant operations and regulations
- Valid NYS Driver's license and Grade 3A Wastewater Treatment License
- The ability to perform physical labor
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Potential exposure to noise, chemicals, and other hazardous materials

Pay Rate: $90000 Per Year
