    *Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift**Location: *Hazleton, PA *Shift: *1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:20 pm *Pay:* $25 per hour (overtime pay)*Job Description:
    • We're seeking a detail oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician with welding experience to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, along with proficiency in welding and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on a wide range of industrial equipment
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components and systems
    • Utilize welding skills for fabrication and repairs
    • Read and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics and drawings
    • Safely operate machine tools, including drill press, power saw, and pipe threader
    • Conduct inspections to identify and address defects and issues promptly
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is operating efficiently
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment
    • Perform facility and grounds maintenance when necessary
    • Flexibility to work overtime and be on call as needed Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or GED with additional vocational training or certification preferred
    • Minimum of five years of experience with continuous operation production lines in an industrial environment
    • Proficient in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
    • Experience with electrical safe practices, including Lock Out/Tag Out
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, manuals, and set-up procedures
    • Familiarity with basic industrial mechanical components and systems
    • Competent in operating machine tools and performing basic rigging procedures
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills and a team player
