    What You Will Do:
    Responsible for preparing Company external financial reports, and filings required by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").

    Responsible for preparing accurate and timely Regulatory reports (Call Report, Y-9 etc.) and filings, reviewing weekly regulatory reporting and ensures related supporting documentation is saved to support a strong FDICIA Control environment.

    Leads efforts to streamline and automate the process for preparing all regulatory reports.
    Prepare all SBA reporting and reconciliation/recognition of the SBA related fee income.
    Assist with the Company's other financial reports such as board reporting, investor communications, and other required GAAP based reporting.

    Be the Business Application Owner ("BAO") for Great Plains, maintaining the database and chart of accounts as well as control user access integrity.

    Assist in the end of month consolidation, including select close entries.
    Responsible for ensuring strong internal controls over financial reporting.
    Maintain single source of supporting documentation for efficient review by external audit and other reviewers.

    Assist in preparing SEC and GAAP checklists, financial statement tie-outs and technical accounting memos, ensure adherence to regulatory and GAAP promulgations.

    Assist with special projects as they arise and actively participate in initiating and implementing process improvements.
    Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet;
    Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
    Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
    Complete all assigned training on time.

    What You Bring:
    Expert knowledge of Excel, advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Great Plains (Dynamics GP) experience preferred. Filing software experience desirable (Merrill Bridge).
    Knowledge of GAAP and direct experience drafting SEC or Bank Regulatory filings required.
    Strong communications skills and effective time and deadline management skills a must.

    Pay Range:
    $80,000 - $120,000/YR

    *Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills
