MEDICAL DIRECTOR JOB OVERVIEW

Stand for Animals is looking for a Medical Director to serve as a key member of the Practice Management Group and work in tandem with both the medical and administrative staff.Ensuring quality care for our patients and serving as a teacher and mentor to the medical team are the Medical Director's most important priorities.

SCOPE:

·Staff supervision, coaching and mentorship

·Development and implementation of training protocols

·Oversight and management of clinic operations

·Development and implementation of medical policies and procedures

·Assistance as a functional practitioner where needed

COMPENSATION:

Salary - Starting range $150,000 + signing bonus

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prefer 5 Years of Veterinary Clinic Experience
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree
• Licensure in North Carolina or Ability to Obtain Licensure
