Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support Microsoft Azure solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Deploy and manage Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored Microsoft solutions.
Perform migrations to Azure and Office 365, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft-related incidents and issues.
Monitor and optimize Azure and O365 environments for performance and cost efficiency.
Conduct regular security assessments and implement best practices for Azure and O365.
Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
Stay abreast of Microsoft product updates, releases, and industry best practices.
Contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical incidents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Engineer in an MSP environment.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
Expertise in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience with migrations to Azure and Office 365.
Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and best practices.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
