Defines, develops, and implements all marketing programs, such as:
web site, direct marketing campaigns, print advertising, etc. Develops, analyzes, and manages marketing expenses. Identifies new business and revenue opportunities. Leads a team of direct reports.

Coordinates marketing of our products with a large focus on social mediaInvolved in creating a steady stream of content for a category of products that are deployed across multiple social media platforms.

Plans and executes content campaigns to meet the needs of Sales & Marketing.

Monitors social media activity, moderates discussions, and engages with community members to respond to customer complaints, provide informational content, and promote brands or events.

Performs market research and develops marketing strategies focused on meeting sales and/or market share goals.
Determine the most effective market research methods to track demographic trends and market demands.
Responsible for updating and assisting in the creation of new brochures and updates to the website.
May coordinate customer events and trade shows including advertising, direct mail, printing, customer events, and/or tradeshow materials.
May participate in developing new products and determining new markets.
May assist with developing dealer and customer communication and coordinating distribution.
May review and assist with tracking and resolving website 'Call to Action' requests.
May assist with customer sales calls and order input as needed.
May travel, occasionally with sales members to trade shows or customer visits.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferredApplicants graduating in May 2024 will also be consideredFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
