Provide high‑quality nursing care to PCU patients requiring close monitoring and advanced assessment.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Prioritize patient needs and coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team.
Recognize and respond to safety concerns, including safe patient handling.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and document care accurately.
Function effectively in stressful situations and demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Active NY RN license.
Minimum 1 successful travel assignment completed (new travelers not accepted).
BLS & ACLS required.
PALS preferred.
Basic Lethal Dysrhythmia and NIHSS required within 6 months of employment.
