Job summary
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at SMCP. As a key leader, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated client experience and inspiring your team to achieve excellence.In this role, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency on the sales floor and behind the scenes. You will also coach associates, maintain visual standards, and resolve client concerns with a solution-driven mindset.
The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment and be passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
