    Role Overview:

    Napa on Providence, a renowned restaurant located in Myers Park, Charlotte, is seeking a charismatic Restaurant Host to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences for our valued guests.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Manage reservations, both over the phone and in person, and assist with waitlist coordination to ensure seamless table turnover and customer flow.
    • Provide accurate wait times and escort guests to their tables while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Effectively communicate with the restaurant team to manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized host stand, lobby, and waiting areas to reflect the high standards of our restaurant.
    • Collaborate with the restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed guest expectations.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Restaurant Host or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
    • A warm, friendly, and outgoing personality to create a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
