SUMMARY:

The

Nurse

Manager (RN) will

be responsible for

managing and

organizing,

the work of

remote nurse

teams driving coordination of care across the


FCS
patient care continuum

.

Performs other duties and projects as assigned.


PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Nurse Man

Directing

the

their

assigned group supervisors and downline staff.
Collaborat

ing

with other
FCSdepartments in patient care matters

Assisting

upline

managers

in

the

development,

administration,

and

supervision

of

the

Care Coordination Department.
Provid

ing

metrics and patient outcome reports to

direct manager

upon request

.
Evaluat

ing

and oversee

ing

ongoing opportunities for department

's

quality improvement
Provid

ing

feedback

,

coaching

and

mentoring to downline leadership team

on a r

egular

ongoing basis.
Collaborat

ing

with HRBP and downline leadership in

the evaluation

and delivery

of staff

corrective action.
Assist

ing

upline

management in

development

of departmental education / professional development.
Interview

ing

and hir

ing

staff

Approving

time

and

vacation

as

as

yearly

reviews.
Assist

upline management

in the

oversight

of

department

and

Procedures
