    Summary:
    The UCC Client Services Analyst is responsible for the centralized filing and servicing of Dimes UCC Portfolio.

    This role includes managing all aspects of our UCC collateral, including historical filings and tracking expirations and applicable fee collection.

    The UCC Client Services Analyst is also responsible for historical filings, facilitating the merging of collateral records while ensuring collateral is perfected in proper jurisdiction and by proper method.

    Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

    Responsibilities :
    File new UCCs, continuations, amendments, and assignments as required and applicable. Identify proper jurisdiction and review all pertinent documentation prior to filing. Address any deficiencies timely.
    Perform daily QC of daily UCC filings on existing commercial loan transactions to ensure filing is properly perfected.
    Utilize CT Lien to monitor, track expirations and process auto-continuation prior to expiration to avoid losing position priority. Proactively review reports of coming due UCC's to insure all UCC's are continued within permitted timeframes.
    Monitor UCC Services mailbox and Loan Operations Help Desk for release-related requests and collateral service issues throughout the day. Ensure no other loans are active and/or are collateralized by the same collateral prior to releasing.
    Manage Lien release for all titled vehicles held as collateral, as applicable and when requested. Verify loan balances prior to releasing. Provide evidence of release as may be needed for re-titling.
    Update and maintain applicable collateral records on Navigator with collateral information as appropriate. Ensure Data quality standards are met.
    Collect servicing/filing fees from customers and process invoices to Accounts Payable.
    Create a first-class experience for each client and answer questions thoroughly and efficiently via phone and/or email.
    Monitor weekly paid Loan report and release covered collateral as needed.
    Work closely with the Closers, Payoff Team, and Loan Servicing Team as needed.
    Perform Post Closing Review and file room functions.
    Assist with the FRB and BIC Pledging process and loan portfolio monitoring.
    Participates in Collateral Note Audits as needed.
    Handle other tasks as needed.


    Qualifications :
    Minimum 5 years loan servicing or collateral processing required.
    Prior Collateral Management, UCC Services, Real Estate or Title-related experience required.
    CT Lien and Navigator a plus.
    Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word required.
