Buyer

This position works closely with the Director of Procurement to help support the procurement department.

• Distributes and executes NDCA's for new suppliers
• Viewpoint data entry support
• Participates in Project conference calls and supplier meetings
• Distributes RFQ's to suppliers and tracks progress
• Drafts Purchase Orders for Major Equipment
• Drafts Change Orders for Major Equipment and Subcontractors
