The Health Care Technology Group (HCG) Team is looking to fill an interesting and challenging positionon its development team.
As a Principle Software Engineer, you will be a senior member, encouraged tosupply to the technical leadership and center of competence within the HCG team.
This includes:
The Expertise You Have? 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years managing ITprojects/initiatives as a Systems Analyst.? Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or related fields)? Hands-on experience handling Systems Analysis for large complex applications, proposing DataModel design changes and enable System Design changes working with Technical Leaders? Experience leading, influencing, and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and acrossmultiple, diverse groups.? Good interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skillsThe Skills You Bring? Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth, to learn and to engage with peersin technical and design discussions? Ability to analyze business problems and come up with solutions? Strong analytical skills and ability to solve issues and work through ambiguous situations bymaking timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience, and judgment? Have a collaborative approach to problem solving and your ability to adapt plans based onorganizational dynamics and constraints.?
