Role Summary:

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Generations AdventurePlex, Mishawaka's premier family entertainment center.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Open and close the facility, ensuring cleanliness of parking lot and grounds. Secure building properly before closing time.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels for prepped food items and perform general inventory counts. Report recommendations for orders to senior manager.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee care of equipment such as laser tag vests, report issues during shifts, ensure proper functioning of bowling lanes and arcade games. Perform basic troubleshooting on games.
• Kitchen & Beverage Management: Verify kitchen cleanliness, prep ingredients according to recipe lists, manage catered menu items if necessary.
