Social MediaChesterbrook,PennsylvaniaPhiladelphia,PACherry Hill,NJParsippany,NJThe Senior Analyst, Social Engagement is responsible for developing enterprise social guidance and solutions and creating brand social strategies at CMI Media Group.
They will work collaboratively with the Social Engagement leads and Lead/Director, Paid Social as well as WPP Partner Agency leads across Strategy and Enterprise Guidance to create thoughtful social media programs to our high tier client(s), with an innovative, data, analytics and results-drive mindset at the core.
They will be a core client contact for brand social opportunities and in-network partners.Responsibilities
Contributor to brand social strategy, enterprise guidance, & social system/technology management
Facilitate configuration & optimization of social management tool (Sprinklr)
Regularly collaborates and interfaces with external vendors & internal cross function teams to provide best-in-class thinking and action for the clients
Positions self as social expert and provides a unique POV on industry news & updates
Aid in continuing to create a cohesive, integrated WPP social offering to support internal objectives with client(s)
Grow relationship with client social team, facilitating their integration and growth
Generates enthusiasm for and commitment to the client's business among internal team members
Stimulates the team for maximum productivity and job satisfaction; gain the confidence and trust of peers and colleagues
Requirements
Previous agency management of Fortune 500 Company, Large scale Pharma or Health Clients; agency experience preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years' social strategy, paid social or community management experience; managing high tier clients in an agency setting, or in-house agency / SME team setting
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Health industry and regulations within the social media space
Experience with social media management (SMM) tools i.e. Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite
Strong project management and prioritization skills, with ability to drive high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong strategy and innovation background, never accepting the baseline and always dreaming bigger
