- Employee Lifecycle Support: Oversee end-to-end employee journey including but not limited to onboarding transitions and offboarding Draft employment agreements and amendments generate offer letters salary change letters final pay statements and offboarding documentation Act as primary contact for HR-related inquiries Support bi-annual engagement surveys consolidate data facilitate implementation of action plans Payroll Compliance Immigration Accurately process bi-monthly payroll including variable data with external provider annual performance bonus campaigns Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems records Manage time off tracking flexible schedules PTO sick leave work-related incidents Handle core HR administration I-9 verification benefits administration employment verification letters Update promotions titles in HR systems calculate salaries Coordinate internal external training programs Manage coordinate internal international mobility processes visa application processes Manage visa sponsorships immigration compliance with external attorneys Benefits campaign inquiry employment law poster compliance Overall internal policy updates compliance tracking
Your profile Bachelor degree Human Resources Psychology related field years experience HR People Operations Proven ability handle sensitive confidential information discretion Strong project management skills prioritize manage multiple tasks maintain attention detail Working knowledge core HR processes including payroll benefits administration general support Hands-on experience platforms familiarity Justworks plus Proficient Microsoft Excel Collaborative team player genuine passion people employee experience Curious proactive solutions-oriented mindsetJob description
