We re a locally owned company that has proudly served Southern Utah since 2012 with a commitment to putting people first Managing over residential and commercial properties we deliver reliable high quality service to both owners and tenants At Red Rock you ll be part of a collaborative supportive team where your work matters and your contributions make a real impact The Move Out Specialist is responsible for managing the full move out lifecycle ensuring a smooth compliant and timely process for tenants owners and vendors This role plays critical part in protecting owner interests ensuring legal compliance delivering clear professional move out experience Key responsibilities include coordinating move outs completing reviewing inspections scheduling vendors processing invoices managing security deposit accounting handling disputes This position also supports administrative tasks cross team collaboration continuous process improvement ensure accuracy efficiency high level of customer service What Success Looks Like Managing full monthly load of move outs with strong organization minimal escalation Consistently meeting security deposit timelines compliance requirements Communicating clearly professionally empathetically with tenants owners vendors Staying detail oriented when reviewing inspections invoices documentation Demonstrating strong time management skills ability prioritize multiple active move outs at once Proactively following up outstanding items vendor work delinquent accounts Handling questions disputes calmly thoroughly good judgment Identifying inefficiencies contributing ideas improve move processes Being reliable collaborative team member willing step assist needed Skills Experience Strong attention detail organizational skills Excellent written verbal communication skills Ability manage deadlines fast paced environment Professional empathetic approach conflict sensitive conversations Prior property management experience preferred but not required Ability learn apply company processes applicable regulations Position Details Status Full-time on site cannot be done remotely Schedule Monday Friday AM PM Hourly Rate $
