    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong background in behavioral health, medical documentation, and pediatric care.


    Duties:

    • Provide direct patient care in a hospital or clinical setting
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Assist with medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization and tube feeding
    • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments

    Requirements:

    • Valid LPN license in the state of practice
    • Experience in medicalsurgical settings and pediatric care
    • Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage
    • Proficiency in medical documentation systems
    • Ability to work with patients of all ages, including toddlers
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Lancaster, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
