    Welcome to Solid State Studios We're a new in-house studio within Activision, dedicated to developing the best AAA mobile games in the world. Our first project is the AAA mobile hit Call of Duty: Mobile, which generated over $1 billion in consumer spending in 2021.     Your Profile

    As Senior Product Manager: Monetization, you are responsible for the design and execution of our overall monetization strategy for Call of Duty: Mobile. This includes building frameworks and generating insights to inform decisions around in-game content (e.g. skins, weapons, operators, and IP integrations), improving our monetization systems, and optimizing our pricing. It also includes growing revenues through third party payment channels. You will work with analysts and researchers to improve our understanding of the main factors that drive revenues, and will design experiments to generate learnings to improve our performance. You will report to the Director of Product, who leads the Call of Duty: Mobile product team, and will manage an Associate Product Manager.

    Main Mission

    • Improve our understanding of the drivers behind the appeal of our in-game content by partnering with analysts and researchers, and by digging into dashboards and data
    • Use learnings to define and improve our overall monetization strategy
    • Build and iterate on frameworks to help decide which content to release each season
    • Identify improvements to existing monetization systems and propose new systems
    • Partner with other Product Managers, our content team, and the development team at Tencent to define our roadmap and execute our strategy
    • Lead IP licensing strategy, partnering with others at Activision to secure deals
    • Lead third party payments strategy and execution

    Minimum Requirements

    • 5+ years experience in product management, strategy, business operations, or similar roles
    • Able to clearly synthesize insights from analysis and research to diagnose root causes of problems and generate recommendations
    • Strong structured and critical thinking skills, able to craft a clear and well prioritized strategy and roadmap
    • Experience creating new or improved product features that drive business outcomes
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to dig into data to uncover insights, experience with analytical tools like SQL and Tableau preferred
    • Experience designing and running A/B tests
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others

    In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $116, $216,000.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
