- Develop, coordinate, and lead activities aligned with the company goals and objectives as required.
- Provide technical direction/assistance to identify and troubleshoot programs, propose countermeasures and solutions.
- Monitor environmental activities and needs for the company.
- Process day-to-day Worker's Compensation.
- Conduct hazard prevention and control processes.
- Reinforce safe and environmentally sound work practices with other departments.
- Support Safety teams in all areas to identify potential safety risks.
- Develop communication systems with department managers for day-to-day activities.
- Work with team leaders and Process Engineering to resolve safety issues in all areas.
- Maintain Team Member Incident Tracking Chart(s) for senior managers.
- Participate in investigations and root cause analysis of incidents; facilitate the completion of reports; analyze incidents to identify trends; implement corrective
- Conduct effective and appropriate environmental health & safety training and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate with medical providers, Team members, and Worker's Compensation adjusters to ensure proper handling.
- Utilize EHS Software and SAP.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business management System (BMS), Environmental Systems Management (EMS), and Safety Management
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
