Entry Level Collections Representative Responsibilities:

• Meet collection goals to allow for customer advancement
• Seek long term resolution with customers
• Interact with customers over the phone
• Answer & make phone calls

Hours For Entry Level Collections Representative:

• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a day off during the week
• Shifts are 9-6, 10-7, or 11-8
• Saturday shifts are 9-6

Entry Level Collections Representative Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience
• Willing to learn & cross train
• Some Collections experience great, but not required
• Able to work some flexible hours including Saturdays

Entry Level Collections Representative Experience That Works Well:

• Sub-prime collections (RTO, Title Loan, Payday Loan, Cash Advance)
• Automotive collections
• Customer Service
• Call center
• First party collections (student loan, credit card, etc.)
• Customer retention
• Related collections or customer retention
