As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to individuals receiving mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Behavioral Health Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or similar - Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
Experience working in mental health or substance abuse treatment settings
Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Behavioral Health Technician Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care:
Provide direct care and support to individuals undergoing mental health and substance abuse treatment. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.
Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals receiving treatment


Collaborative Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
