Summary:

As a Customer Solution Center Dispute Resolution Specialist, you are more than just a financial resource for our customers; you are an expert in your field and are the first line of defense in protecting them.

You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting role assisting customers with disputing transactions and offering real-time resolution whenever possible.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls regarding transactions the customers wish to dispute and; in addition to answering any questions regarding deposit account productsAct as a liaison between customers and merchants to resolve discrepancies without the need for a disputeProvide customers with first call resolutionAdhere to bank policies and proceduresMaintain up to date knowledge on all HNB products, services, technology, and proceduresManage reputational risk by complying with risk standardsWork individually and with your team to meet & exceed established goalsExemplify core values every dayPerforms other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrating accountability with attendance and performance and currently not on any form of Written Warning6 months CSC experienceMeet or exceed YTD ScorecardPossess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including typing, grammar and spelling proficiencyStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsThorough understanding of Phone Bank resources and policiesPositive attitude and desire to learn with a passion for service

Exempt Status:
(Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay)
