    Description

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PEDIATRICS (PED)

    • Base Salary: $245,000-$260,000+ (commensurate with experience)

    • Annual Bonus: Up to $15,000

    • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000-$30,000 negotiable

    • Relocation Assistance: Provided

    • Vacation & Paid Time Off: 22.5 days including vacation, sick, CME, plus 8-10 holidays

    • CME Allowance: Yes, supported and encouraged

    • Full Benefits Package: Effective first day

    • Retirement: Starts first day (3% match, fully vested immediately)

    • Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered

    • HRSA certified site for loan repayment

    • Additional Perks: Licensing dues, renewal fees, staff association fees, paid cellphone, provided computer

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS PEDIATRICS (PED)

    • Patient Panel (PPD): 25-30

    • Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    • Schedule: 4.5-day work week with half-day for administrative tasks

    • Call: 1 week every 7 weeks; hospital is 10 minutes from clinic; no C-section attendance required

    • Credentialing Support: 60-90 days

    • Licensing Assistance: Provided

    • Location Proximity: Around 1 hour to Springfield, MO; 1.5 hours to Tulsa, OK and Fayetteville, AR; 2 hours to Kansas City, MO
