- Clean interior of Library properties (vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, etc.)
- Assist with maintenance of system (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Assist with mowing, shoveling snow, mulching, and landscaping
- Make minor repairs as needed
- Drive Library vehicles for pick-ups and deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain a valid Indiana Driver's License
- Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance work
- Basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and/or mechanical knowledge
- Frequently stand, stretch, bend
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Work in all weather conditions for long periods of time
- Be comfortable working on ladders
- Use hands and fingers to handle equipment, brooms, shovels, etc.
