Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, debug, and maintain stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and cursors using PL/SQL.
Write efficient and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with database administrators, software developers, and other IT professionals to design, implement, and test database applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for database applications.
Perform unit testing and participate in integration testing of database applications.
Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot and resolve database application issues.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies related to Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
Document database applications clearly and concisely.
May participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
