    Role Description

    Our practice, team, and office are expanding We are looking for open, enthusiastic, team-oriented PMHNP's to join us in serving our community and each other.

    This is a full-time position for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for our new clinic in Eugene, Oregon. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing holistic psychiatric care in an outpatient setting for a dedicated client caseload and performing interventional psychiatric treatment including ketamine therapy and Spravato.

    Services include psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ongoing evaluation and management, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, interventional services consultations, maintaining clinical documentation, and leading an interventional treatment team.

    This position is located in Eugene, OR, though a portion of remote work providing telepsychiatry would be considered.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon
    • Board Certification- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
    • DEA License
    • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner
    • Experience working as a PMHNP (at least 1 year)
    • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders independently
    • Experience or strong interest in working with ketamine, Spravato and other novel psychiatric treatments
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Experience leading an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
