    About the Opportunity

    This Strategy and Operations Manager position is located in Alameda, CA. The role will work with the Head of Strategy & Operations to evaluate expansion opportunities and set medium and long-term organizational strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Structure complex and ambiguous operational/business issues and develop compelling, insightful recommendations.
    • Identify trends in the marketplace and monitor competitive landscape to determine impact to the organization's roadmap and uncover opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Track progress toward organizational goals; establish scalable systems to monitor KPIs.
    • Drive the annual and quarterly go-to-market planning processes that achieve the organization's growth targets; build detailed business cases to facilitate decision-making.
    • Craft key presentation materials (memos, decks), including quarterly business reviews and executive meetings. Use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate recommendations.
    • Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays.
    • Help drive planning and strategy initiatives for areas such as Marketing, GTM, and international expansion.
    • Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects, and estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete it.
    • Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sciences.
    • 8+ years of total business experience. Minimum 4 years experience in management consulting and/or demonstrated success in operations, growth, or strategy role for a high-growth business.
