    We are seeking a full-time Construction Quality Control Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial construction experience and possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement project-specific quality control measures.
    2. Inspect and evaluate work areas according to plans, specifications, and contract documents, reporting deficiencies and elevating issues as necessary.
    3. Develop, gather, maintain, and submit work plans, submittals, reports, etc.
    4. Ensure subcontractors are aware of project quality control requirements.
    5. Plan and conduct a three-phase inspection program, including preparatory meetings, initial phase inspections, follow-up inspections, and final phase inspections.
    6. Lead and document quality control meetings with the project team and/or customers, providing written minutes.
    7. Provide daily quality control reports to reinforce activities conforming to project standards and address non-conformance.
    8. Verify and document materials/equipment conformance, handle and store materials appropriately, and address damaged or defective materials.
    9. Schedule, coordinate, and document all required code and independent inspections, correcting non-conformances as needed.
    10. Review as-built drawings for accuracy and deviations from contract drawings.
    11. Review Job Site Safety Plans, conduct hazard analyses, verify safety measures, and conduct safety inspections.
    12. Stop work, reject materials/equipment, and direct removal and replacement of non-conforming work or hazardous conditions.
    13. Communicate and interact professionally with all project stakeholders.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in programs of similar size and scope.
    • Current OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and USACE Construction Quality Control Management certifications preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Procore.
    • Familiarity with USACE RMS CM and EM
