Graduate Programs, in the College of Nursing, is seeking to fill two (2) Nurse Practitioner residents for the Nurse Practitioner Residency Program with a start date of 7/1/23.
These positions require a criminal background check and are contingent upon grant funding.
Pursuant to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Vaccine mandate, candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment.

The employee may be required to move and/or stay in a stationary position in various settings for up to 12 hours at a time in addition to the preparation and closure of a clinical shift.
Rapid mobility may also be required on occasion. Physical expectations of an assigned clinical facility may vary and be subject to change.Stress levels may be high due to frequently dealing with numerous students, patients, family members, and other healthcare providers. This position demands concentration and the ability to work in emotionally-charged situations.
Required Qualifications
* current unencumbered license as a registered nurse in Tennessee or compact state
Preferred Qualifications Salary $5,833.33 per month
