    Field Service Technician

    Cartessa Aesthetics is rethinking the way breakthrough aesthetic technology is sourced, distributed, and supported for plastic surgeons, dermatologists, physicians, and medical spas.

    Cartessa was founded to support physicians in choosing the right aesthetic devices to meet their patient needs and add new revenue streams to their practice.


    About You:

    • You have strong technical skills and are an independent problem solver who can understand complex problems, break them down, and communicate to customers and internal colleagues.
    • You are a customer minded person and have an interest in taking care of the customer with a focus on their needs
    • You have a positive attitude with a good work ethic
    • You are able to commute in and around the designated geographic area, but are interested in regional field work and travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional national travel.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide front-line technical support to Cartessa's rapidly expanding customer base via phone, email and in-person
    • Install, align, calibrate and repair aesthetic lasers and devices
    • Continuously work to improve your own technical skills and mastery of Cartessa products
    • Collaborate with the service team to improve service practices and overall customer experience

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of Associates' degree in Electronics/Laser Technology/Photonics or related field preferred
    • Experience working with medical or industrial laser technology
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think and work independently
    • Previous field service experience a plus
