Position Overview
The Preconstruction Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the preconstruction phase of commercial and multifamily construction projects.

This position is responsible for managing the estimating process, providing detailed cost analysis, and ensuring that projects are aligned with budgetary and timeline expectations before the construction phase begins.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the preconstruction process for commercial and multifamily projects
Develop detailed estimates and budgets based on project specifications
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimating
Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and cost-saving opportunities
Prepare and present preconstruction proposals to clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during the preconstruction phase
Manage timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of the preconstruction process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction and estimating roles
Strong knowledge of commercial and multifamily construction processes
Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
